I've worked at ACCE from January 2022 and my focus is on collaborating with careers professionals and organisations to enhance career services. I've successfully led community-focused career guidance services, supporting and training career advisers and engaging stakeholders. My background includes business management and a commitment to fostering sustainable services that positively impact individuals and communities. I hold tertiary qualifications and proactively highlight the use of vocational assessment tools and adherence to CICA guidelines.

I’ve been working at the Australian Centre for Career Education for over a year, providing IT support to schools and assisting with MCI interviews. I support the Morrisby, MCI, and EMCI teams by troubleshooting technical issues, helping with account setup, and ensuring smooth use of the careers platform. I also contribute to weekly team meetings, raising and discussing cases to support service improvements. With a Bachelor’s in IT and experience across government and private sectors, I’m focused on using technology to enhance career education delivery.

I have worked with Morrisby providing career profiling to schools in NSW for the last 15 years.  My focus is on providing high quality career profiling and guidance to school students in both the independent and public sector, engaging students, staff and parents in the process, and ensuring that users truly understand the depth of the information available to them in their Morrisby Profile.  I am an Educational and Developmental Psychologist with over 30 years’ experience in psychometric assessment and school psychology.
